Fires of life

Not only did we spend our week worrying about evacuation for the Lower North Fork Fire, we've been battling the flu around here.

It started with Kyle and progressed to mommy and now daddy. Kyle is on day 3 of vomiting and I'm on day 2. Dave has managed to avoid that part of the bug but still feels awful. Needless to say, it's been a rough week around here.
Kyle remains a trooper through it all (as he has through every illness):

Hoping for improved calm conditions for the firefighters of the forest as well as for these here parents. :)
